A development impact analysis can be conducted to help evaluate alternative land use plans or for a specific development proposal. Economic Analysis: We conduct an economic analysis or cost-benefit analysis to help with business or policy decisions. Public Policy Research: We can provide help identifying the best public policy solutions to challenging urban growth problems.
